Francavilla & the Zavianni stream
Setting off from our logistics base in the Alcantara Gorge area, after a briefing about driving the buggies, we’ll take a scenic route along roads in the direction of Francavilla di Sicilia.
Once we have gone through the town, we’ll drive along thrilling off-road tracks and river crossings, along the banks of the Zavianni stream. We’ll reach the ruins of a once fascist era village.
We’ll then return to Francavilla so we can visit part of the “Gurne dell’ Alcantara” nature trail, to admire a succession of spectacular waterfalls.
Duration of excursion: 2 hours
Departures at 9:00, 12:00, 15:00.
Required: driving licence
Recommended: Sunglasses, windproof and waterproof jacket, hiking shoes or trainers.

If you wish to stop for lunch at an Agriturismo (country style restaurant), add 20 euro per a person.
If you wish to be picked up from your hotel, in one of our 6/8-seater vehicles, please add 20 euro per a person.
